Laser CuttinG – Bending – Welding
Laser Cutting
Our Trumpf Trumatic L3050 5KW laser machine is fast and accurate, with the ability to cut through a variety of materials (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, zinc and galvanised steel).
The advantage is we are able to meet high demands, produce quality products while being cost effective.
Bending
Our workshop houses a 160 tonne 3 metre Press Brake that has the capacity to bend and fold many profiles with a variety of materials.
By using this latest technology, it gives us the ability to produce tight and large radius bends on materials with no wrinkles or deformation.
Welding
Taking significant skill and dexterity, we offer manual welding.
Manual welding enables us to perform a variety of different manufacturing tasks and achieve superb quality.
